Step #1 was figuring out which drivers are mainstreamers and which are Outliers.
Step #2 is telling your FMs and LPs who's who.
Step #3 is teaching your FMs and LPs that Outliers have special needs in terms of frequency and quality of social contact, how easily they are offended or insulted, and how sensitive they are to criticism.
Step #4 is enrolling your FMs and LPs in our on-line multimedia workshops where they will learn the 10 skills of servant leaders. These are the skills that make Outliers happy and feeling like part of the team.
The workshops are highly interactive. And it's all delivered via the web 24/7/365. And, it's self-paced.
VPs and Ops Managers can choose topics of high interest and generate side-by-side comparisons of the FMs' responses to the workshops.
