Meet Beast & Bird, the mascots of your own Taming the Turnover Beast campaign!
One of the ways we fight turnover is by getting everybody's attention and having some fun tackling the problem. Beast & Bird will play an active part in your Taming the Turnover Beast campaign. The characters have a variety of poses that portray the various stages we will achieve in our ongoing battle against the Turnover Beast at your company.
The campaign features kick-off meetings at your prime locations, and the use of a variety of fun items like wall posters, coffee mugs, T-shirts, caps, etc. There are even fuzzy dolls of Beast & Bird to place in key locations like the breakroom, the boss's office, etc. Finally, we provide digital illustrations for placement on your web site and even Flash animations showing the fun hijinks of Beast & Bird.
The pose you see above is Phase 1 of the campaign. The time when we have identified the problem and we're making everyone aware of the threat turnover poses. When we have finished assessing your people and we have Retention Maps in place, your campaign moves to Phase 2, the active process of Taming the Beast. During Phase 2 Beast & Bird are pictured in the familiar pose of a fierce lion and the lion tamer in a circus.
Phase 3 of the campaign kicks in when we have made significant progress toward reaching our turnover goals. In Phase 3, Bird has the pumped-up look of a bodybuilder with his arm around a docile Beast. The Beast is wearing a studded dog collar and Bird has a firm grip on the leash.
Turnover is a very serious problem but we can use humor and have some fun fighting it. Put our Turnover Mascots to work for you!
